Sunday September 08th Ticket – Mooncake Workshop

🏮Celebrate this Mid-Autumn Festival with us by putting yourself into a hands-on experience of mooncake making with The Line Kitchen’s secret recipe on 8th September 2019.🏮

Edeline started The Line Kitchen as a home-based catering services, then transformed into a platform for content curation in F&B that offers DIY and cooking workshops. Her recipes are being used in events and workshops with brands like Main Place Mall, Teaology, Safegg. The Line Kitchen has also done some amazing food styling work for Pie Face MY & Teaology to name a few.

In this 3-hour hands-on workshop, your experienced host, Edeline, will share her recipe in creating the soft and perfectly sweetened snowskin dough with you. Edeline will guide you through the snowskin mooncake molding process, showing and sharing her tips and tricks in creating her visually pleasing and also mouth-watering snowskin mooncakes!

At the end of the session, you would be able to indulge in the mooncakes you have created along with a tea tasting session with Teaology. While sipping tea, you can also package the mooncakes you have made in the cutest packaging we have prepared and bring them home to share with your loved ones.
